Your commitment :
- I’ve read and agree to 42nd Street’s confidentiality policy
- I’ll work through modules at a pace right for me, choosing relevant activities to complete on a regular basis.
- I understand that SilverCloud is not an emergency support programme and my supporter will only be accessible at agreed times, so if I feel in crisis or distress I will
- follow any safety plans in place with my supporter
- contact appropriate friends, family or professionals for support
- access resources on our Need Help Now and Advice when Struggling pages
- If I feel the programme is not for me or I feel I’m struggling with anything in the modules, I’ll discuss this with my supporter to ensure that any appropriate alternative support can be arranged.
- I understand that all of my input into the tools will be shared with my supporter and I have the option to share my journal entries as well and am aware of 42nd Street’s data policy
Your supporter’s commitment:
- I’ll support you in reaching your goals, whilst not directly solving problems for you
- I’ll help you develop the skills and tools to manage your difficulties.
- I’ll treat you with respect and consideration.
- I’ll regularly review your progress.
- I’ll keep your personal contact information private.
- I won’t disclose information about you unless I have concerns about your safety or the safety of someone else and believe sharing your information is essential to keep you or someone else safe. In this case I’ll share the minimum information necessary, and will always try to discuss this with you in advance
- To give you the best experience there are elements of your information that we need to store and process, in line with our
- information you enter directly;
- and information collected automatically when you use the platform.
- SilverCloud is not an emergency service. If you need urgent help please
SilverCloud takes your privacy and security very seriously, and we consider carefully any information that we need to collect or store.
The only information that we collect is:
This includes personal details, information about your mental health or usage details (for example when you log in and which pages you viewed).
We do this in order to make the platform work (for example, in order to show you which pages you have viewed), and also to better understand how it is being used so that we can keep improving.
